1. I cannot get through to a
number I am trying to call
Does your Avanti Account have sufficient credit balance?
Check here.
If you have insufficient credit you will need to top it
up.
If you are a pre-pay or pay as you go customer with your
mobile network, do you have sufficient credit to access
the service?
If you are a contract customer, has your mobile umber been
barred? You may need to contact your existing mobile service
provider.
As with any telecommunications network, temporary congestion
can sometimes occur causing calls not to be connected. Please
try to call again. Check this website for Avanti
service bulletins. If however, you believe there is
a fault with Avanti, please report this to faults@avantimobile.com
or via the web here.

mobile phone
Avanti does not provide a technical support service for
hardware. Please click

from abroad
Avanti automatically switches itself off when abroad.

Please contact Technical Support by either e-mailing support@avantimobile.com
or calling 0870 111 8050. The Technical Support Helpline
is open for telephone calls from 0900 to 1700 Monday to
Friday excluding public holidays.

5. I have installed the wrong
version of Avanti for my network
The Avanti software comes in many versions, each optimised
for one particular mobile network. If you have installed
the wrong version of the software for your network the calls
will be incorrectly routed.
Uninstall the current version following the instructions
here. Then download
the correct version for your network here
and install this new version following the instructions
here.
