2. What happens if I run low on credit?
You will hear a message stating "your Avanti credit is running low". Once your credit runs out the system will automatically disconnect you.

3. What happens if the person I call does not answer?
When you access Avanti you will be charged by your mobile service provider (at your providers standard rates for calls to landlines) for being connected to Avanti. If there is no reply you will not be charged by Avanti.

4. Why is there a network specific version of the Avanti Programme?
The Avanti Programme looks at the number you are dialling. If it sees that the number is on your own network it does not connect you to Avanti but allows the call to remain with your current mobile network, as it will be cheaper. All other calls to mobile phones are routed to Avanti in order to benefit from lower charges. The way the Avanti Programme does this is to look at the first few digits of the number being dialled. It is known that each mobile network has been issued with set mobile number ranges so the network specific programme is required to exclude numbers on your own network from being routed via Avanti.

5. What happens if the destination number has moved from its original network to a new network?
It is possible that you will dial a mobile number that started off on one network but has since ported to another. In this instance the Avanti Programme will still route the call to Avanti.
